What we collect
When you submit a form we collect what you type — name, work email, team size, tools, the manual step you describe, timeline, and budget band — plus the campaign attribution (UTM parameters) that brought you here. We do not buy, append, or scrape additional data about you.
Where it goes
Form submissions go directly into our CRM (Zoho) via our own webhook, with the source attached. If you become a client, project access credentials are stored in a scoped vault, used only for the build, and revoked at handover.
Analytics & ads measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel with server-side Conversions API to measure which campaigns produce enquiries. These record events like page views and form submits. We do not run third-party ad networks on this site, and our ads landing pages carry no consent-blocking overlays — only measurement necessary to run our own campaigns.
If you request the ROI PDF or book a call, we email you about that request. We do not add you to a newsletter list, and any follow-up sequence stops the moment you reply asking it to.
Engagement terms
Projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price within the quoted band, delivered over a stated timeline with weekly demos. Your data stays in your accounts: we integrate systems you own and document every automation so your team can operate it without us. Either side can end an engagement at a weekly boundary; you pay only for completed weeks.
